In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please email us at customercare@onehusk.com within 24hrs of receiving the goods.

This email will serve as a reference and notification to our Customer Care team,  alerting us to look out for your product return, prior to you sending. We will need you to provide some form of tracking number from the carrier you choose to use. 

We encourage you to purchase samples of the product before committing to the full size version, however, if you are not completely happy with your order you may return it (limited edition items, special discount promotions and samples are excluded).

For damaged or faulty items received within 14 days, a store credit or a replacement will be issued (please note: return shipping costs not included). 

Once we have receive the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days and you will be notified by email.
