Step 1 - Cleansing
fab OH! Face and Body cleansing bar is ready to go to work when you are. At the basin or in the shower use lukewarm water to create a luxurious, silky lather. Apply to face and neck avoiding the eyes and use gentle circular motions for about 30 seconds. Cupping your hands, splash clean water directly onto your face with your eyes closed or use a soft face cloth to help remove any traces of dirt and makeup.
** Extend the life of your cleansing bar.
This face and body cleansing bar has been made with all-natural ingredients and pure love. You can help it last longer by keeping it high and dry after use.
(Step 1a - Exfoliating Masque)
1 tsp of Soothe Me is enough to cover face and neck.
Usually a 1:1 ratio wet to dry, so try using 5-6 sprays Often Mist and 2 pumps of Bounce Back to give this treatment another extra extra boost of nutrients.
Our magic powder is very fine. It is always best to add the wet ingredients to a small glass or ceramic bowl and then gradually add the dry ingredients. Add a little bit of filtered water at a time and stir until smooth and creamy in consistency.
Avoid using metal spoons or bowls when mixing clays as they absorb metals so you will dilute the effectiveness.
How to apply:
~ Apply an even layer of Soothe Me to a clean dry face, neck and décolleté with your finger tips. With gentle circular motions start to exfoliate and then leave to dry (5-7 mins), rinse off with warm water.
~ Follow up with Wild Days or Muun Catcher facial oil to rebalance moisture levels. Perfect for use 1 - 2 times weekly.
Step 2 - Hydrating mist
A gentle shake of the bottle followed by a light spray with often mist locks in a boost of vitamins ready for the next step. Misting your face before you add on serum or moisturiser, will help every layer and allow for better absorption of your products. Spritz before every step and see if it makes a difference to your skin within a week or two!
Used daily this mist can help restore skin's pH balance after cleansing and increase hydration levels. Take the travel size often mist with you to spritz throughout the day for extra hydration and enjoy the experience.
Step 3 - Eye Care
A roll around your wild i’s and top lip with this special roller ball applicator helps to deliver just the right amount needed to rejuvenate the delicate skin around the eyes and keep those pesky wrinkles at bay.
Revitalizing frankincense essential oil is widely known to help improve the appearance of the first signs of aging and is ideal to use on blemishes, scarring or problem spots. A handy product to carry around.
Step 4 - Serum
One pump of bounce back serum will transport more goodness including Vitamin C, Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid and quenches the skin’s thirst for nutrition. This step is mainly incorporated into the daytime routine but can be used at night as well if your skin needs that little bit extra. bounce back can be combined with a few drops of wild days or muun catcher to save a bit of time but just experiment and see what will suit your routine and skin best.
Blend quickly all over with short, light but firm strokes to apply your face serum.
Step 5 - Day and night
Day: Finish with a few drops of wild days.
