OH! LET ME COUNT THE WAYS...
From helping with acne and problem skin to improving your man's beard game, the One Husk product suite has you covered in more ways than one.
I for one am a huge experimenter and problem solver. After putting the One Husk range together I started to experiment with each product to see how I else I could use them. Here are some of my personal discoveries.
Did you know that Bounce Back serum can add moisture to your hair? Me either until I had the urge to throw some on my hair a while ago. I was pleasantly surprised at how I could control it with the extra moisture it added. Here's what I found out.
Bounce Back contains hyaluronic acid, commonly associated with skin care but when added to hair, it can help to give it a smoother look and feel. It is known to keep the scalp hydrated and healthy while restoring your hair’s natural shine, supporting easier combing and less breakage.
In terms of skincare, Hyaluronic Acid keeps your skin well moisturised and reduces the signs of aging. Repairing the skin using HA can help to minimise the symptoms and effects of many skin troubles, including rosacea, sun damage and even sensitive skin. It’s a moisturising miracle and a winner in my book..
The FaB OH! cleansing bar came about quite a few years ago when my sister made a batch to help her son with his acne. The activated charcoal along with the other healing ingredients worked wonders for him and this led to the current recipe. It's so soft and nourishing and was developed for use on the face for all skin types as well as the body. FaB OH! works very effectively for guys washing the beard or shaving any part of the body.
I have used it to remove eye makeup but take extra care and use a soft cloth while rinsing well. Be warned though, it will sting if you get it in your eyes.
FaB OH! is eco-friendly because of its simple packaging and is much easier to travel with so investing in a bar can simplify your routine.
Keep your cleansing bar in a place where it can drain and not sit in a pool of water. It will last so much longer if it can dry out.
Wild Days and Muun Catcher are such wonderful products with many uses. One or two drops can be used to remove eye makeup by applying to a finger tip and gently working it in or mix a little Often Mist with Wild Days or Muun Catcher. Not only will it help to remove the makeup it will give the lashes a boost at the same time. Just remove with a soft cloth.
Try running your fingers through the ends of your hair after applying Wild Days on the face. This will keep the fly-aways under control and adds a few nutrients to help repair any damage. If you have really damaged hair, use it as a treatment. As much or as little will depend on your needs but generally if applying to the hair as a treatment 4 or 5 drops in the palm and running through the ends should do it.
For the guys, Wild Days and Muun Catcher make great oils for beards to nourish and add the perfect shine.
Wild Days makes a perfect carrier if you are into essentials oils and I have added it to many EO's for many different uses over the years. Another winner...
Often Mist is hydrating and soothing and as a face mist it's a fast skin reviver. Spritzing your face feels so cooling and refreshing on a hot day, after your yoga class or just whenever you need a little extra. This mist won't mess up your makeup so spraying during the day will just help to soothe sensitive skin and absorb any excess oil. Try using it to blend your foundation or add it to bentonite clay for a face mask while you leisure in the bath. Enjoy..
Wild i's came about after playing with many essential oil's to find the perfect blend to use around my eyes. After researching all possible EO's for skin health, I settled on Frankincense because of its versatility. I have used it on age spots and some insect bites but one of the great benefits was on scarring. Over time I have really seen a difference on reducing the lines around my eyes.
I literally wiped out 6 other products off my bathroom shelf and saved a few bucks along the way.
Let me know what other uses you find as you use the products, I would love to share them.
